Our Story

Different backgrounds, complementary skills.

Paul has more than 15 years in the industry. He started at a marketing agency, first as a web designer, then a developer, then a development team lead, before stepping out into independent work. Throughout, he's been the bridge between clients and the development team, translating business requirements into what the developers ship. Eman spent over 15 years in enterprise software: five in the card payments industry and a decade in iGaming. He started as a backend engineer, with some native Android development along the way, and grew into a technical department lead running seven engineering teams. Different backgrounds, but when we started collaborating on projects, the synergy was immediate. Paul understood the business, the client, the problem. Eman understood the architecture, the engineering, the execution. Complementary skills in the way that matters most: we could take a project from conversation to production without anything getting lost in translation. Working across industries (healthcare, entertainment, real estate, hospitality) we kept seeing the same patterns. Businesses running on spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and manual processes that should have been solved years ago. Not because the technology didn't exist, but because nobody had built it in a way that was accessible, affordable, and actually fit how these businesses operated. That's where Lab33 OS came from. Not just helping clients digitise one process at a time, but building a platform where multiple business tools live under one roof, sharing data, sharing logic, simplifying operations as much as possible. A single foundation that grows with the business. We also know what it's like on the other side. Many businesses don't get the support they need, or have to go through layers of account managers and support tiers just to get straightforward technical advice. We've seen it, and we feel it. That's why we work differently. Our clients talk directly to us, the people who designed and built the software. When something needs attention, there's no ticket queue or call centre. There's a direct line to the team that knows the system inside out. We're not building Lab33 to be the biggest software company. We're building it to be the one our clients actually trust with their operations, their data, and their growth.
