Multi-deposit tracking per group with sequential numbering. Each deposit records the amount, date, payment method, and status. The financial view shows outstanding balances across all active groups.

A full calendar view shows all active groups across time, with service bookings and key dates overlaid. Provides scheduling visibility across the entire operation.

Direct integration with the client's accounting platform. Supplier records sync between the operations platform and the accounting system, keeping data consistent without manual re-entry.

Every significant action is logged with full audit trail: who changed what, when, and the before/after values. Provides operational accountability and a historical record.
